About the Position

This role will be responsible for managing patient records, coordinating with healthcare providers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage patient records and ensure accurate and timely documentation
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to schedule appointments and tests
  • Process payments and manage accounts receivable
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 4-year college degree or 5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
