About the Role:

At Barry Callebaut, we are seeking a skilled Data Coordinator to join our team. As a Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for entering alpha-numeric and symbolic data from various source documents into terminals and/or computers using SAP. You will also check data for errors and make corrections as needed, respond to inquiries by providing information retrieved from electronic files, and keep records of work completed by updating work logs. Additionally, you will prepare and distribute reports to various departments, update and maintain procedure manuals, and provide first-line support on operational processes and applications. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience with MS Word, Excel, Google, and Google Sheets, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter data into SAP systems
  • Check data for errors and make corrections
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information

Requirements:

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Two (2) to Five (5) years experience
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Google, and Google Sheets
