Role Overview:

To enhance our service to over 1 million clients nationwide, we are in search of committed Customer Service Professionals for our Affordable Choice division. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls, ensuring top-notch service and effective solutions to customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls efficiently while delivering exceptional service.
  • Assess customer needs, investigate issues, and provide suitable resolutions.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED); Associate's Degree is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center environment, ideally within health or life insurance customer support.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple tasks.
