Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our delivery operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a team of drivers, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that orders are delivered promptly and accurately. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of delivery drivers, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
• Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, routing, and inventory management
• Monitor driver performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
• Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
