POSITION OVERVIEW:

The role involves overseeing a portfolio of clients, focusing on maintaining relationships and assessing risk exposure. The individual will engage regularly with senior Account Executives to address client-related matters and work towards effective resolutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee all aspects of the assigned client portfolio, including daily transactions, establishing funding limits, implementing pricing adjustments, and ensuring compliance with reporting standards.
  • Engage with senior management of clients to address issues as they arise and facilitate their resolution.
  • Conduct financial analysis and evaluate collateral performance, preparing necessary reports on financial health.
  • Collaborate with third-party contractors and Operations/Portfolio Managers for field examinations of the assigned portfolio.
  • Participate in regular discussions and meetings with executive leadership, including monthly reviews and problem resolution sessions.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports for senior management review.
  • Conduct site visits to client locations to assess operations, discuss business matters, address credit concerns, and promote additional services.
  • Contribute to the Senior Management Team at Seacoast Business Funding, aiding in the development of internal processes and procedures.
  • Utilize industry-specific software, Microsoft Office, and online banking tools to perform daily responsibilities.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Account Executives, ensuring comprehensive training in all relevant areas.
  • Act as a primary backup for the Operations/Portfolio Manager.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· An Associate's degree is required; a Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting/Finance is preferred. This requirement may be waived for candidates with direct experience in Factoring or Asset-Based Lending.

· 8-10 years of experience is preferred, including at least 5 years as an Account Executive in a commercial financial services or investment banking environment, or a suitable combination of education and experience. Previous exposure to Factoring and/or Asset-Based Lending is advantageous.
