Job Description

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Relationship Strategist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a relationship management plan to acquire and retain clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Lead or support client management activities with clients and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional client experience and growth of the book of business.
  • Relationship Development: Coordinate with the team to determine action plans through thorough discovery of client needs, delivering proactive and responsive service to meet client goals.
  • Risk Management: Manage risk through appropriate client selection, ensuring that service delivery is consistent with fees being charged, and working with risk partners to escalate client concerns.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategies for proactively sourcing new relationships for the bank, expanding the external network for business development, and making business-appropriate introductions.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain timely, accurate, and complete sales/client relationship management administration tasks, ensuring the execution of team processes, and may train, coach, and/or mentor other team members.
Requirements:
  • Education: University/college degree, with higher-level education such as a Master's degree, PhD, or certifications desirable.
  • Experience: Industry-relevant experience of 8+ years, with specific certifications often required.
  • Skills: Book of business, client relations, customer engagement, decision-making, financial analysis, identifying sales opportunities, customer experience management, customer service management, decision-making and critical thinking, effective communications, influencing, managing multiple priorities, products and services, selling, understanding customer needs, value selling.
