Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team at PNC Financial Services Group. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for recommending loan solutions to clients, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loan Solutions - Recommend loan solutions to clients in accordance with lending guidelines and client requirements.
  • Customer Relationship Management - Manage a portfolio of customer relationships, seeking prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients.
  • Loan Origination - Develop and prepare loan solutions, referring products and services, and reviewing documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Collaboration - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
  • Financial Analysis - Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.
Requirements
  • Customer Focus - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
  • Risk Management - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to and support of PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Banking Products - Knowledge of banking products, including mortgages.
  • Client Prospecting - Ability to prospect for new clients and develop relationships.
  • Customer Needs - Understanding of customer needs and ability to provide solutions.
  • Documentations - Ability to review and prepare loan documentation.
Competencies
  • Customer Experience Management - Ability to manage customer experiences and provide solutions.
  • Effective Communications - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Financial Analysis - Ability to analyze financial information and provide recommendations.
Work Environment

This position is primarily based in a PNC location, with some responsibilities requiring time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion.
