About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our commercial projects from conception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves close collaboration with our Sales/Estimating, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams, as well as direct interaction with clients and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure their needs are met and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Conduct project post-mortems and recommend improvements for future projects.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred 3-5 years of management experience in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory standards.
