About the Job

This role involves overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, managing complex IT and Communications systems installation projects. The ideal candidate has strong project tracking experience and ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Decompose and refine tasking into project objectives, defining project scope, responsibilities, and schedules.
  • Monitor project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems to maintain project schedules.
  • Coordinate amongst teams to present a unified product to stakeholders.
  • Analyze information and trends to prepare project status reports, recommending actions.
  • Define and review project requirements documentation.
  • Ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Requirements
  • Active secret clearance required.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; or 3 years with a Master's degree; or equivalent experience.
  • Technical background in SW, IT, or Communications preferred.
  • Experience managing complex software, IT, or Communications related systems.
  • Project management experience using Microsoft Project or other project management software.
  • Government contracting environment experience.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE II, etc.).
Compensation

$48-$57 per hour, including benefits starting on day 31, such as medical, dental, vision insurance, and retirement account access with employer matching.
