  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Sales Execution: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1+ year of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, preferably in the industrial automation or instrumentation industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in CRM software.
