Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing a reliable and precise system for tracking purchase orders.
  • Preparing and submitting a weekly report on purchase orders to management, detailing invoice numbers for completed orders.
  • Collaborating with the management team to ensure all deliveries align with orders and addressing any issues with back orders or missing items.
  • Supporting the Director of Operations in maintaining optimal inventory levels and materials consistently.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Familiarity with purchase order management software.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the precision of purchase orders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Numerical proficiency to ensure accurate calculations and prevent potential losses.
