Job Title: Technical Product Manager

Origence is seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to join our team. As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development and management of our technical products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Define and manage product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.
  • Lead the progressive elaboration process, including epic elaboration, sizing estimates, and feature elaboration.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and goals to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • College degree (BA/BS or advanced degree - MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of six years' experience in software, system, and/or business analysis.
  • Strong technical background, with hands-on experience in software development, engineering, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of financial industry and/or credit union operations.
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to develop strategies, set objectives, and manage to results.
  • Proactive leadership style, with ability to identify opportunities and work across organization.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

The starting salary range for this full-time position is $111,800 - 139,800 per year. This base pay will take into consideration internal equity, candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, and experience among other factors. Origence maintains a highly competitive compensation program. Under company guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual bonus to provide an incentive to achieve targeted goals. Bonuses are awarded at company's discretion on an individual basis.
