Position OverviewThe ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of PL/SQL and have experience in managing production support activities, along with a solid grasp of financial markets.
Key Competencies:
- Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into system specifications.
- Experience in project status monitoring, resource management, and allocation.
- Conducting thorough process and system evaluations while collaborating with team members for System Design & Integration and Application Maintenance.
- Ensuring timely project delivery while adhering to quality standards and coordinating with both onsite and offshore teams.
- Designing data entities and executing coding and data validation tasks.
- Preparing Technical Specification Documents (TSD) and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, and production deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for the Eagle Application.
- Collaborate with business partners to identify and resolve issues related to Eagle.
- Engage with EAGLE Star and PACE modules for docket development.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop detailed design specifications.
- Adhere to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes throughout development.
- Generate weekly status updates and monthly performance metrics for clients.
