About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Community Life Coordinator to join our team at Allara Senior Living. This role is responsible for creating and implementing engaging activities that promote the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our residents.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead various activities and events that cater to diverse interests and abilities of our residents.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other departments to ensure that activities align with resident needs and goals.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff members to support activity programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident participation, activity schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in providing planned activities or currently enrolled in an appropriate education or training program.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and ability to design engaging activities.
Benefits

Allara Senior Living offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match.
