Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and mitigate security incidents and develop response measures
  • Perform as the program security officer for special program support in a SCIF environment
  • Coordinate with the OUSD(I&S) Special Access Program Central Office, Special Security Office, Joint Staff, and Military Services security offices for guidance, direction, and resolution of security-related issues and requirements
  • Coordinate personnel clearance verifications and visitor requests and provide required security briefings
  • Initiate PARS and provide access briefings
  • Facilitate Alternate Compensatory Control Measure access
  • Update and maintain classified access management systems of record
  • Coordinate equipment, communications, and IT requirements in the SCIF
  • Assist in the development and execution of policies and procedures regarding special access programs and SCI data; Identify and report vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operations activities; Manage action items in CATMS and JSAP.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous experience with JPAS, Scattered Castles, and CATMS and JSAP
  • Top Secret clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility required
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills and willingness to actively communicate with co-workers, program leadership, and clients, which may involve delivering presentations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • OSD, Pentagon, or Service Headquarters staff experience
  • Military experience a plus
