Armada is seeking a highly skilled Security Specialist - Program Protection - Senior to provide general security support and perform activities related to security standard discipline management and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Program Protection Support by drafting, developing, and tracking the review/coordination of Program Protection Plan (PPP) documentation.
  • Coordinate with Program SMEs to develop and identify Critical Program information, Critical Components, and Critical Functions along with countermeasures to be employed for documentation within the Program Protection Plan (PPP).
  • Review all facets of the Program Protection Plan (PPP) no less than biannually for effectiveness and efficiency and provide recommended enhancements to Government security leads.
  • Conduct site visits to determine the degree of implementation and the effectiveness of the Program Protection Plan (PPP).
  • Provide guidance and recommendations based on best practices to increase the security posture and solicit feedback from the site.
  • Assist Government security leads with tasks related to the Observables, Identification, and Containment (OI&C) Working Group.
  • Review and recommend technology protection measures throughout all phases of the F-35's lifecycle.
  • Review and evaluate Program Protection Implementation Plans (PPIP) for effectiveness and suggest enhancements.
  • Coordinate with the appropriate organization(s) to document, implement, and monitor horizontal protection measures for the Critical Program Information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Active DOD Top Secret Security Clearance.
  • 10 years of experience performing work related to the description.
  • Master's Degree in the stated discipline, OR, Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years additional work experience related to the description, may be substituted for a master's degree.
