Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a clean and professional appearance, follow company policies, and protect company assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service in various exhibits and shows
  • Operate attractions and events, ensuring guest safety and enjoyment
  • Sell tickets and retail merchandise, utilizing suggestive selling methods
  • Operate cash register and POS system
  • Maintain cash bank and deposits, following established cash control procedures
  • Answer guest inquiries via phone, personally, or electronically
  • Direct guests to proper locations with clear instructions
  • Follow company policies and procedures, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Requirements
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or entire work shifts
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
