About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our National Float Pool team as a CAP 1 nurse. As a member of this team, you will provide high-quality patient care in multiple locations, working closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have at least 9 months of experience as an RN and 3 months of experience in chronic/acute hemodialysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care that meets or exceeds clinical standards
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Perform ongoing systematic collection and analysis of patient data, making adjustments or modifications to treatment plans as needed
- Administer medications as prescribed or in accordance with approved algorithms

Work Environment
- Frequent overnight travel required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

Requirements
- Current state licensure as an RN
- Minimum of 9 months experience as an RN, with at least 3 months experience in chronic/acute hemodialysis

Education and Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification

Salary Range: $98,200 - $132,000 per year, based on experience and location.
