We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Senior RN for Chronic Hemodialysis. As a senior nurse, you will play a key leadership role in providing high-quality patient care and developing effective care plans. About the Role:
As a Senior RN, you will take responsibility for leading the care team and ensuring that patients receive the best possible outcomes from their dialysis treatment. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans, focusing on providing direct patient care and education to patients and their families. Your primary responsibility is to demonstrate best practice techniques and deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of service from our dialysis care team.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary range for this role is $105,000 - $140,000 per year, based on your qualifications, skills, and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, you will also enjoy paid time off, PTO cash out, and access to our DaVita Rewards package.
