Job Summary

The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive hemodialysis care to patients with end-stage renal disease. As a Hemodialysis Care Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing expert care during dialysis sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide expert care during dialysis sessions, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current licensure as an R.N. in the state of Texas
  • Satisfactory professional references
  • 1-year clinical experience and 6 months in hemodialysis subsequent to completion of the facility's training program

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-year medical/surgical experience or equivalent

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
