Hemodialysis Technician II Leader

We are currently looking for a Hemodialysis Technician II Leader to join our team at Disability Solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and take on a leadership role in our hemodialysis department.
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $62,000 - $72,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Job:
In this role, you will work closely with the Clinic Manager and Department Nurse Educator to develop and implement training programs for new staff members. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining clinical floor training programs that teach and integrate University Hospital policies and procedures into daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Clinic Manager and Department Nurse Educator to develop and implement training programs for newly hired staff members
- Develop and maintain clinical floor training programs that teach and integrate University Hospital policies, procedures, and dialysis theory
Required Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; PCT certification and relevant experience preferred
- CCHT certification and current American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support and Healthcare Provider card required
