Job Summary:

The Client Support Supervisor - Programmatic will be responsible for supporting one of the top PM clients, focusing on activation strategy, programmatic channel leadership, and operational workflows between the client and the global offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and grow relationships with clients, global offshore teams, partners, and internal Publicis teams.
  • Design programmatic activation strategy across platforms (with main focus on DV360 and The Trade Desk) and present recommendations to the client.
  • Provide campaign recommendations and tactical guidance to the offshore teams to achieve client objectives.
  • Ensure efficient workflows are established for collaboration between the client and global offshore teams.
  • Act as a cross-functional subject matter expert to provide an activation perspective to non-media teams.
  • Develop and present client deliverables and process documentation.
  • Identify and communicate account needs, concerns, and opportunities for team development and business growth.
  • Project manage the development, roll-out, and adoption of automated solutions and other tools.
  • Act as a point of escalation and facilitate feedback across all teams.

Requirements:

  • Solid background in programmatic campaign management within multiple DSPs.
  • Experience working directly with clients and agency teams.
  • Strong customer service skillset.

Reporting Structure:

The Client Support Supervisor - Programmatic will report to the Senior Vice President, Central Activation.

Work Environment:

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week.
