Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team at Arkansas Children's Hospital. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain vital signs and measurements, and provide or assist with basic care and activities of daily living.
  • Help with ED/clinic visits, patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
  • Assist with customer service needs and communicate patient/family information to other healthcare team members.
  • Perform clerical duties, such as serving as a receptionist, managing telephones, and obtaining supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure patient supplies and equipment are organized, clean, and properly restocked for optimal cost effectiveness and availability.
