Job Summary

The Client Service Associate is a key member of the Ronald Blue Trust team, responsible for delivering exceptional client service to Family Office clients. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to team members and clients, including processing client requests, maintaining accurate records, and performing various administrative tasks.
  • Work closely with Advisors and Financial Planners to initiate and organize client meetings, follow up on meetings, and respond to client inquiries.
  • Proactively plan for and respond to urgent needs, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of client issues.
  • Assist with trust administration, including opening and closing accounts, processing money movement, and adhering to applicable trust documents and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate electronic databases of prospect and client information, including correspondence, reports, and reference material.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Finance, or Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years' prior experience in operations support, office management, client service, investments, administrative support, trust operations, or accounting.
  • Strong ability to run and/or oversee multiple related and unrelated projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive planning, discernment, and responsiveness to urgent needs.
  • Capability to excel in a team environment as well as working independently.
  • Personal integrity and ability to discreetly handle confidential data.
  • Excellent computer skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
