KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is in search of a Salesforce Quality Assurance Specialist - Test Engineer. This position offers a predominantly remote work environment.

Core Duties:

  • The Salesforce Quality Assurance Specialist will engage in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Scrum, Design, Code, Test, Deploy & Maintain.
  • Collaborate effectively with Salesforce Product, UX, and Engineering teams.
  • Analyze and review business and system requirements/specifications.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
  • Execute test cases (both manual and automated) and document test outcomes.
  • Partner with development and product teams to rectify bugs/errors and clarify/update requirements.
  • Participate in the code review process to enhance code quality.
  • As a Salesforce Quality Assurance Specialist, you will create and sustain automation frameworks and solutions for Salesforce products and APIs.
  • Automate testing processes to streamline regression testing.
  • Work alongside engineering teams to implement testing and automation solutions that align with SecDevOps best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in automation testing development, particularly with Salesforce test automation.
  • At least 3 years of experience utilizing testing tools such as Selenium, SOAP UI, Ready API, and other open-source tools.
  • 2+ years of experience working with databases and SQL.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, WebDriver, and Salesforce testing methodologies.
  • Experience in an Agile/DevOps environment.
  • Familiarity with source code management and CI tools and processes.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies and Agile frameworks.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages/frameworks such as .NET/JAVA, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Expertise in Test Case Preparation and Execution.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and gRPC is preferred.
