About the RoleAs a Sales and Service Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Generating new sales and retaining existing customers through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
- Conducting insurance reviews to identify suitable products and providing personalized recommendations
- Utilizing advanced consultative selling techniques to overcome objections and close sales
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner

- A competitive hourly rate of $17.76-$27.62, plus commissions and other incentives

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Property & Casualty Insurance license
- A current Life Insurance Sales license
