- Contribute to maintaining the professional appearance of the center, adhering to Sylvan standards and ensuring a welcoming environment for students and families.
- Support the implementation of standards and procedures to ensure student safety and well-being, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- High school diploma required, with some college education preferred.
- Availability to work weekday afternoons/evenings and some Saturday mornings.
