Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Veterinary Practice Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, inventory management, purchasing, and workflow optimization. They will also be responsible for leading the veterinary staff and receptionists, upholding high standards of customer service, and ensuring compliance with all relevant veterinary regulations and protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the veterinary staff and receptionists to ensure seamless clinic operations.
- Develop and implement operational efficiencies to enhance clinic productivity and efficiency.
- Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients and their pets.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant veterinary regulations, standards, and protocols.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Veterinary Science, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within a veterinary practice.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures.
- Proficient in computer software, including practice management systems.
- Experience using Evet Practise software.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A passion for animals and a commitment to providing top-notch care.
