We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Navigator to join our team at Helping Our Selves Pursue Enrichment Inc. As a Mental Health Navigator, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding individuals navigating the complexities of mental health and addiction recovery. You'll empower them to take control of their lives, making informed decisions about their care and well-being.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing peer support, coaching, and mentoring to assigned members, collaborating with the recovery team to develop and implement ISPs, and facilitating communication among healthcare providers and social services.

This is an FTE position, offering a competitive salary of up to $65,000 annually, along with an extensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.

Key Skills:
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities, with a proven track record of implementing successful initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse populations
• In-depth knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices, including recovery-based approaches and trauma-informed care
• Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized service plans, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record, current first aid and CPR certification, and proof of TB within the last year
