Position Overview

As a Technical Implementation and Support Consultant at FYIsoft, you will play a pivotal role in the deployment of our advanced financial reporting solutions, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing Enterprise Accounting software, ideally with mid to enterprise-level solutions such as Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proficient in T-SQL, with experience in writing queries, triggers, and views.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft server environments, particularly IIS and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Background in accounting is essential.
  • Experience with Microsoft SSIS and SQL Server Management Studio is advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze customer business challenges and translate them into clear software requirements.
  • Strong capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the installation and ETL configuration of FYIsoft software during client implementations.
  • Facilitate user training sessions as required.
  • Effectively manage competing tasks and priorities.
  • Document implementation and support processes, collaborating with team members to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Diagnose reported issues and conduct thorough research to develop effective solutions.
  • Provide timely remote technical support to our customers and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Engage in testing of new software releases.
  • Contribute to product enhancement by sharing user feedback and insights gained from customer support interactions.
