Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Analyze and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
  • Process and verify customer orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Email
