Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team at Myrepublicbank. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, conducting routine bank teller transactions, and becoming a banking product expert who advises customers on what they need to enhance their financial lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver fantastic customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct routine bank teller transactions, including cash handling and deposit processing.
  • Become a banking product expert and advise customers on financial products and services that meet their needs.
  • Learn and perform other operational duties within the store, including opening and closing procedures.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior customer service or cash handling experience is helpful but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Aptitude for numbers and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain confidentiality.
