We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Santa Fe Recovery Center, Inc. as a Medical Associate Supervisor.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative supervision, support, and guidance to Medical Associates, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and regulatory requirements.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $58,240 - $72,800 (BOE), a generous PTO package, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and other benefits.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative supervision, support, and guidance to Medical Associates.
  2. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and coaching to Medical Associates.
  3. Oversee daily scheduling, coverage, and workload distribution for Medical Associates.
  4. Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and training programs for Medical Associates.
  5. Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, patient assessments, and monitoring withdrawal symptoms.
  6. Document patient care activities and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant medical records.
Requirements
  • Current and valid LPN license in New Mexico.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
  • Prior experience in addiction treatment, behavioral health, or a similar healthcare setting is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
