Job Description:
We are seeking a Healthcare Operations Supervisor to oversee our nursing services during off-peak hours. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for managing nursing staff, improving patient care, and promoting a culture of excellence within our organization.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Directly supervise and manage nursing staff during designated hours.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
* Develop and implement strategies to maintain high standards of patient care and safety.

Qualifications and Requirements:
* Associate’s degree in nursing (BSN preferred).
* Valid RN license in New Mexico or compact state required.
* BLS and ACLS certifications required; must obtain ACLS within six months of hiring or transfer.

Estimated Annual Salary Range:
$100,000 - $130,000, based on qualifications and experience.
