About the Opportunity

CSC Management Santa Fe is seeking a highly motivated Facilities Management Supervisor to join our team in Santa Fe, NM. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our community's facilities and infrastructure.

This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, managing inventory, and coordinating repairs. We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $22.00 - $25.00, as well as opportunities for growth and development. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ordering new materials as needed.
  • Coordinate repairs with contractors and vendors, ensuring timely completion.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in facilities management or an equivalent field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
