Supervising LPN Leader

About the Role:
The Santa Fe Recovery Center seeks a Supervising LPN to oversee the administrative supervision of Medical Associates in a detox and residential addiction treatment setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative guidance, support, and oversight to Medical Associates, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide ongoing training, and coaching to Medical Associates.
- Oversee daily scheduling, coverage, and workload distribution for Medical Associates to ensure adequate staffing.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and training programs for Medical Associates.
- Deliver direct nursing care, including medication administration, patient assessments, and monitoring withdrawal symptoms.
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans for patients.
- Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment by adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Current and valid LPN license in New Mexico.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Prior experience in addiction treatment, behavioral health, or similar healthcare settings is beneficial.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer software, particularly Access, Word, and electronic medical records.
