As a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department BH Suite, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting positive outcomes. With a minimum of three years of acute care RN experience in behavioral health, you will bring valuable expertise and compassion to our team.

About the Job
This challenging and rewarding role involves working in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting, where you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, coordinating patient transfers, and providing targeted education to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care to behavioral health patients in the Emergency Department BH Suite.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on individual needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including admissions, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
- Evaluate learning needs of patients and/or family members and provide targeted education.
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of acute care RN work experience in behavioral health.
- Valid state of Maine RN license or ability to obtain same in a timely fashion.
- BLS certification (optional).
- MOAB certification (optional).
Estimated Salary Range:$65,000 - $85,000 per annum
