Job Title: Clinical Care Specialist

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience

Job Description: As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care. You will also participate in quality improvement initiatives, contribute to policy development, and engage in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must have a valid RN license, at least 2 years of experience in behavioral health nursing, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
