Oversee program and project management to maximize return on investment, while coordinating and delegating initiatives across projects.

Identify essential requirements for cross-functional teams and external partners.

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accountability for achieving established business objectives.

Assess, analyze, and mitigate program risks, while generating program reports for management and stakeholders.

Required Skills

A minimum of five years of experience in collaboration with senior management in a project or program management role.

Exceptional time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Proven experience in stakeholder management.

Comprehensive understanding of change management principles and performance evaluation methodologies.

Experience in leading organizational transformation initiatives, including offshoring, technology upgrades, and process re-engineering.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration or a related discipline.

Strong proficiency in MS Project or similar project management software.

Experience in preparing proposals and business cases.
