Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Engagement: Initiate conversations with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Business Development: Foster long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored recruiting solutions.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to define and refine sales strategies, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends, challenges, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, in the Arizona Healthcare Industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
