POSITION SUMMARY: As a Food Runner, you will assist Bartenders and Servers by delivering meals from the kitchen to our Guests. When not engaged in food delivery, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team to ensure prompt, friendly, and accommodating service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Deliver an exceptional Guest experience by providing the best combination of food, beverages, and entertainment in a fun-filled atmosphere.
  • Keep your supervisor informed of any issues or significant matters and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for both Guests and Team Members.
  • Follow the company's sanitation standards diligently.
  • Restock and prepare supplies for shift changes or closing duties.
  • Ensure that food is appropriately garnished before serving to Guests.
  • Adhere to tray handling procedures to minimize loss and ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
  • Deliver meals to tables and ensure Guests have everything they need for a pleasant dining experience.
  • Assist Guests by clearing dishes and glassware and refilling drinks as needed.
  • Support fellow Team Members as required based on business needs.
  • Maintain a friendly demeanor and a positive attitude while working various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Prior experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills with Guests and Team Members.

  • Work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

  • Move throughout the facility and stand for extended periods.
  • Walk or stand for the entirety of the shift.
  • Reach, bend, and stoop frequently.

Compensation:
  • Hourly pay ranges from $5.26 to $14.
