Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a school-based position. This is a full-time contract role for the school year.
Key Responsibilities- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide direct support to students with autism and other behavioral disorders.
- Collect and record data on student behavior and progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure a cohesive approach to behavior management and student success.
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development as required.
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
- Active RBT license/certification.
- Previous experience working in school settings preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with educators, students, and families.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic school environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality behavioral support and fostering positive student outcomes.
