Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Intake Registered Nurse to join our team at Dallas Behavioral Healthcare Hospital. As an Intake RN, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth transition for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients according to hospital policy and procedure
  • Assess patient care needs, plan and implement nursing care procedures, evaluate patient progress and modify care plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to determine and provide the best possible care for patients
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe environment and providing social support for patients
Requirements
  • Education: ADN or BSN from an accredited college or university
  • Required Licenses: Valid Texas RN license in good standing required
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years clinical experience, preferably in a behavioral healthcare setting
  • Must be 21 years old or older
