Join Our Team as a Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Success on the Spectrum Desoto. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) develop valuable life skills and achieve their full potential.

About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans and provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Providing direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD
  • Collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals
  • Collaborating with the BCBA and other team members to create and maintain a positive therapeutic environment

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma (college degree preferred)
  • No criminal background
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active
