Key Responsibilities

  • Lead management and scheduling: You will be responsible for inbound and outbound customer communications while organizing work and managing schedules for our Service Professionals.
  • Making recommendations and managing expectations with customers: You'll communicate with customers to guide them through their projects and assist with managing their expectations.
  • Create lifelong customers: Deliver a great experience that wows every customer. You will follow the Mr. Handyman Way - a repeatable process that makes it easy to impress the customer every time.

Requirements

  • Live within the area: You must be able to commute to our office.
  • Have 2+ years of experience in an office setting: You must have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Solving problems must come easily to you: You must be able to think critically and come up with creative solutions.
  • Complete a background check: We're committed to ensuring the safety and security of our customers and employees.
  • Professional communication and phone skills: You must be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Benefits and Pay

The pay range for this position is $18.00 to $22.00 and is dependent on your experience.
