Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at TicketsWest. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate ticket sales and pre/post-purchase consumer service inquiries at the box office, via the phone room, and via written communication.
  • Answer inbound calls to the box office and provide accurate and timely information to customers.
  • Facilitate daily fulfilment operations for all Paciolan fulfilment clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of tickets to customers.
  • Provide excellent written and verbal customer service to clients and consumers, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service to customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of computerized ticketing systems and Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience with money handling and customer service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
