Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our team at our Seattle office. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and computer skills, management experience, and customer service experience. They will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering inbound calls and making outbound calls, providing customer service, managing sales reps' schedules, and achieving weekly and monthly quotas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients
  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers and sales reps
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage sales reps' schedules to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales quotas to meet business objectives
