Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Filing and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and order entries.
  • Assist in the maintenance of social media presence and online reputation.
  • Coordinate company events and functions, including trade shows and local events.
  • Update appointment dispositions, confirmation calls, and schedule appointments for in-home consultations.
  • Assist management on various projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Research and identify events and shows within our assigned territory, negotiate contracts with vendors, and book annual calendars of events.
  • Staff local trade events and shows, set appointments for in-home consultations, and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Excellent computer and communication skills.
  • Management experience and customer service background.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and issues in a professional manner.
