Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Filing and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and order entries.
- Assist in the maintenance of social media presence and online reputation.
- Coordinate company events and functions, including trade shows and local events.
- Update appointment dispositions, confirmation calls, and schedule appointments for in-home consultations.
- Assist management on various projects and initiatives as needed.
- Research and identify events and shows within our assigned territory, negotiate contracts with vendors, and book annual calendars of events.
- Staff local trade events and shows, set appointments for in-home consultations, and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
