Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a full-time Call Center Specialist for our Call Center operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring a positive experience for our patients and the public.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
  • Assist patients and the public by providing accurate information and taking messages for the appropriate departments.
  • Schedule medical appointments and communicate with patients effectively.
  • Screen and assess calls promptly to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and maintain a high level of work ethic.
  • Utilize basic office software and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Experience in customer service or healthcare settings is preferred.
  • Ability to make independent decisions and handle calls with diplomacy.
  • Must be able to answer calls within three rings.
  • Certification as a C.N.A or Medical Assistant is a plus.
