As Databricks expands its global footprint, the need for a robust Global Mobility program is essential for our success. We are seeking a dedicated professional with a passion for Global Mobility to spearhead transformative changes within our program and operations. The Senior Global Mobility Specialist - US Immigration Manager will report directly to the Director of Global Mobility, overseeing the strategic direction and implementation of initiatives within the US region. This role presents an excellent opportunity to shape the vision and execution of a developing program in a dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage Databricks' US Immigration programs and workflows.
- Collaborate with key leaders and stakeholders to formulate and implement both immediate and long-term Immigration strategies and roadmaps.
- Advise stakeholders across all organizational levels, providing insights on leveraging Global Mobility to fulfill business objectives.
- Identify and address process inefficiencies, acting as a champion for process simplification.
- Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, working with internal teams to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Manage relationships with US Immigration vendors, ensuring accountability for targets, service level agreements, program execution, and employee satisfaction.
- Address critical issues and exceptions as they arise.
Qualifications:
- Extensive technical expertise in Immigration.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in global mobility program management.
- Technical knowledge in Relocation and Tax matters.
- Proven experience in designing, scaling, and transforming high-volume programs.
- Strategic planning mindset with a focus on execution and delivery.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a successful track record in project and process management.

Compensation Transparency:
Databricks is committed to equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is as follows:
Zone 1 Pay Range:
$94,100 - $166,500 USD.
